Louisa Stephan was hired as a full-time Software Strategist at The Worthwhile Company. She joined the Web Strategy Team as a software development specialist, with a focus on e-commerce and internal IT services.

Louisa holds an MBA and a B.S. in Business Management. She appreciates the unique way that Worthwhile approaches custom software development for the businesses they serve. She enjoys developing relationships with customers and learning about their company’s processes.

Her business education coupled with her role as strategist/specialist places her as the business liaison between the customer and the Web developer. She will work closely with the customer to create an effective Web strategy and with the software developers as the project manager.
