Growing up in Kansas City, I loved to play computer games. I also loved drawing, so it was just a matter of time before I discovered you could draw on the computer. I began in Microsoft Paint and moved on to Paintshop Pro, finally landing on Photoshop late in high school.
I knew from an early age that I was going to be an artist. It wasn't until I was in high school that I knew the combo of art and computers was called graphic design, but that was a breakthrough moment for me.
Apple products were a discovery for me in college, one which has made my life more beautiful. What I most love about web design is that, through HTML and CSS, it's so much more alive and dynamic than regular print design. It always gives me another dimension to play with.
