One-way announcement system | Post to the mailing list via a web page.

Click Tracking | Enable tracking clicks of all URLs in the emails you send. This can be viewed by message, URL or user.

Send a Web page | Tell the software the URL of a Web page you want to send -- it will fetch it and send it out. Give the URL user specific parameters that will fetch a different URL per subscriber.

Attributes | Specify subscriber sign-up information such as geographic location. Use known attributes to select the subscribers who need to receive your message.

Multiple subscribe pages | Design your own subscribe pages. You can have different pages allowing users to sign up to a selection of your lists and only enter a selection of your pre-defined attributes.

Easy import and export | Use TAB delimited files to import your existing list of subscribers, or to export subscribers on the list system for use in your in-house database.

Update personal details | Subscribers receive a personalized URL to update their preferences and keep your database up-to-date. Unlike most other mailing list managers, subscribers can change their email address when updating their personal details.

Attachments | Add attachments to your HTML or text message. Subscribers receiving text see a URL that tells where to download the attachment from your web site.

Batch Processing | To facilitate shared hosting environments, specify the maximum number of emails to send in a specific time period. This can also be overridden by ISPs who can set these values server wide to apply to any list installation on that machine.

ISP friendly | Additional option for ISPs to suspend sending during busy times in the day.

Throttling | Make sure the load on your server does not become too excessive.

Domain Throttling | Stops too many emails to one domain within a certain time frame.

Embargoed sending | Set a future date and time to send a message.

Repetition | Repeat a mesage automatically. This is useful when the message has "file system attachments", because they are refreshed at time of sending.

User management | Built-in tools handle large databases of subscribers for tasks like reminding subscribers to confirm their subscription. Also allows invalid emails to be found automatically and fixed whenever needed.

Manual Text entry | Manually turn your content entered HTML into plain text for subscribers who choose this option.

Bounce handling | Bounces can be processed and subscribers will be automatically unsubscribed. This can be corrected by the administrator in case the unsubscription was incorrect.

Advanced Bounce handling | Specify regular expressions that match a bounce and identify actions for them. Teach your list to distinguish between hard and soft bounces.

Automated PDF creation | Messages can be automatically converted to PDF and attached to the email. This ensures subscribers can read your message regardless of their mail reader.
