RBC supports independent insurance agents in Greenville, nationwide, and globally. Unfortunately, agents were frustrated with poor site performance during the application process and page loading times were 8-10 seconds. RBC came to Worthwhile seeking a partner who could discover the root of the problem in their web design and solve it, as well as help with future software development projects.

The Discovery process pinpointed design issues. These were fixed. This updated the web application and kept it useable.
Once the site was working the way it should, additional enhancements were implemented so agents can quickly access just the pages they need.
Working with an application with a better design means RBC could make additional upgrades to the site, including keeping up with compliance standards.
