The following rates apply to services provided by Worthwhile. Rates for a specific Engagement are governed by the applicable Statement of Work (SOW). For Services by Request (without an active SOW), these standard rates apply. All rates are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to periodic revision.

Incident and Problem Management

The following rates apply to support requests classified by severity level. Clients authorize up to 3 hours per service request. See the Support Service Addendum for severity level definitions and response time commitments.

Software Assurance

Software Assurance provides ongoing support and maintenance for solutions built by Worthwhile. Plans ensure continued operation, security patching, and incremental improvements.

The Reconnection Fee applies when hosting services are reinstated following a suspension. The fee is due before services are restored.

Terms and Conditions

Applicability. These rates apply to all Services by Request and serve as the default for new Engagements. Rates for a specific project may be set forth in the applicable SOW, which takes precedence over this rate card for that Engagement.

Billing Increments. Time is billed in the increments shown above, rounded up to the nearest increment. The minimum charge per service request is one billing increment.

Rate Changes. Worthwhile may update these rates from time to time. Clients under an active SOW with fixed rates are not affected until the SOW is renewed or a new SOW is executed. Worthwhile will provide at least 30 days' notice before rate changes take effect for ongoing Services by Request.

Governing Terms. All services are subject to Worthwhile's Terms and Conditions, available at www.worthwhile.com/tc.
